This is a full-time on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Machine Operator. The CNC Machine Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining CNC machines, ensuring quality control of the produced parts, and performing milling and machining tasks as required.

Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)

• To perform all activities of Melting in induction Furnace, Pouring of liquid metal
• Charging calculation. Production Planning
• Will be handling entire process of foundry. Responsible for rejection analysis along with
  implementation of corrective action plan.
• Moulding, melting, pattern, heat treatment. To maintain quality of graded C.I. & D.I
• Achieve production target maintaining quality norms.
• Handling & Leading Manpower. Preparation of production report. Minimize the rejection.
• Moulding line & Production Quality maintain. Process Control
• Making KAIZEN & KPI maintain & Cost maintain

Desired profile of the candidate

• Candidates having knowledge in Sand Plant in Foundry, Ductile or Casting Sector.
• Sand Testing and its properties.
• Knowledge about the sand composition.

• Experience in melting department & lab and sand plant.
• Expert in Spectrometer, Micrometer, Chemical Analysis.
• Physical Chemistry, Vernier, DI & CI Melting department.
• Manpower handling, sand testing, tensile testing.
• Bentonite testing, silica sand testing, carbon silicon manganese sulphur phosphorus chromium.
• Chemical analysis, indactotherm furnace patching, lining and sintering.

professional with over 7 years of experience in Production, Quality Control and Production planning and control and ISO audit.

• Preparing customer required documents (PPAP, FMEA, CP, PFD etc).
• Discuss about various ISO certification with client’s responsible person.
• To check various ISO documentation (ISO9001:2015 ISO 14001:2015 AND ISO 45001:2018)

Candidates are having minimum 5-7 Years of experience in Steel & Iron or Casting & Foundry division in the same role. Excellent leadership and man management skills. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the laboratory, including staff supervision, budgeting and audits. He can develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the safety of laboratory personnel and the quality of lab results.

Desired profile of the candidate

• Candidates having knowledge in NBAL accredited Lab.
• Having experience in Foundry/Casting/Ductile sector as a Lab Manager or Senior Chemist.
• Knowledge about the chemical composition of Raw Materials.

Description / Responsibilities (IN DETAIL)

• Wet analysis and test towards chemical composition of Ferro-Alloys, Iron &steels, Coals & cokes,
  Refractories, Ores, Soil and foundry sand samples as per Indian standard process.
• New wet testing and development of processes following international standard methods and
  different research papers.
• Optical emission spectroscopic analysis (Metal Power), Tensile Test.
• Physical testing of Sand, Bentonite (Sand testing including compatibility, Flowability, permeability)
  Water testing related to pH Conductance, TDS, Hardness, Physical testing including UTS, Elongation.
• All NABL accredited process, documentation of physical, chemical and sand laboratory segment.
• To ensure safe working environment in and around working area for all subordinate & colleagues. To ensure fast and accurate lab results. Co-ordinate & manage all metallurgical lab related
  activities. Co-ordinate with operation for day-to-day deviation in test results. Responsible for all departmental functions to meet the departmental KPI.
• Ensure chemical/metallurgical/mechanical testing as per SOP /standards. Ensure smooth & reliable
  functioning of all equipment & instrument with proper calibration.
• Update/calibrate/standardize the equipment.
• Carryout necessary steps for consistent & accuracy in result. Maintaining stock of consumables.
  Maintaining stock of spares & consumables of different equipment.
• Better co-ordination with operation (mainly Hot Zone) with daily test results. Pre-inspection of raw
  Material as per requirement.
• Carryout departmental NABL activities.
• Handling Customer complaint internal or external as and when required. Training need
  identification, manage and coordinate internal Training.
• Generating different reports like weekly, monthly, etc. with analytical insights.

Profile Summary

Candidates are having 5-8 Years of experience in Casting or Ductile Iron, Manhole Industry & Foundry division. Excellent leadership quality and man management skills. Preferably exposure in machine maintenance. Ability to manage a variety of cross-functional and technical skills.

• Should have worked for min 5 years as Asst. Manager Maintenance. Experience in daily maintenance activities in the relevant industry.
• Should have good knowledge about Break down Analysis.
• Having excellent knowledge in MTBF, MTTR Calculations and hands on experience on the same.
• Should have experience in preventive measurement and maintenance planning, waste management, and dust management control.
• Having good knowledge of spare management, inventory control, maintenance budget preparation etc.
• Knowledge of manpower planning, and TPM.
